Once we've planned everything and you approve, each guy pays for his own rounds and room directly, on the bookings we set up. No deposit, no balance, no surprise invoice.

We know — Kevin has a thing. Since each guy books his own share directly, a drop-out is between him and the course or hotel under their cancellation policy; nobody else is on the hook for his money. We rearrange the trip so the rest of the crew isn't affected — re-split a room, release his tee slot. Our planning fee stays put once the work's done, but sorting the logistics is on us.

That's exactly what the on-call concierge is for. Tee time moved, course flooded, room mix-up — text us and we fix it while you're still at breakfast. Refunds for a cancelled round come from the course under their own policy, but you're not the one making ten phone calls to rebook. That's our job.
