We build trips for crews of 4 to 24. Under 4, it's just a tee time — over 24, that's a tour event and we should probably talk on the phone first.

The number is an estimate of your whole trip — rounds, lodging, and any extras — split evenly across the crew. And here's the part people don't believe: we don't add a fee. You book the rounds and the stay directly through our partners at the same price you'd pay them yourself. We earn a commission from those partners, so the planning costs your crew nothing.

Absolutely not. We've sent out scratch golfers and guys whose clubs still had the plastic on. Every destination has cruiser courses for the casual crowd and stout ones for whoever won't stop talking about their handicap.

There's no big bill from us to split. When the trip's built, you get a shareable link and a short list of booking links — reserve the tee times and the stay straight through our partners. Pay the course and the hotel directly and divvy it up however your crew likes. The shared link shows everyone their per-head number before anyone commits.

We know. Kevin has a thing. Change the crew size in the builder and your per-head estimate recalculates on the spot. Because you book the rounds and stay directly, any changes after that run through the courses' and hotel's own policies — most public courses are flexible if you give them a heads-up.

Of course. Plenty of crews bring guys who skip the rounds and run the cooler. Lodging and extras price the same; they just don't pay for rounds they don't play.

Friendly? Bachelor parties are roughly half our business. The Night Shift and VIP Table extras exist for exactly this reason. We'll keep the golf sharp and the nights legendary — within reason and local ordinances.

Rainouts are handled by the course you booked — most offer a rebook or a rain check, and our partner booking sites make that easy to sort. Light drizzle, though? That's just golf with atmosphere. Pack a jacket.
