The deposit window has closed
$400 deposit now locks it. The rest ($750) charges automatically 45 days before the trip, and you can pay it off early any time.
Deposits don’t refund, but your seat transfers: hand it to a buddy and settle up between you. The balance refunds any time before the 45-day charge.
And if the crew isn’t at 10 by the deadline, nobody’s stuck: the trip only reprices with your organizer’s say-so, or every dollar comes back.
